RDP3: Methods and Devices to Monitor the Quality of Biologics
The technological basis for transition from batch to continuous biotechnology manufacturing is Process Analytical Technology (PAT). Implementation of PAT means applying the correct sensors along the production process to measure critical quality attributes (CQAs) and critical process parameters (CPPs). The main goal of the project is development of a technology platform to monitor the quality of biologics using on-line or at-line methods and devices.
