RDP1: Cell Line Quality Control for Biologics Production
Selection of best-performing cell lines for manufacturing is one of the first, but most resource demanding steps in the biologics process development. The goal of the project is to identify critical quality control parameters on the gene and metabolite activities levels that will allow for fast and efficient development of production Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines. Additionally, we will develop methodologies to optimize the setup of production bioprocess itself.
